Hello, I am Kryštof Čížek, a Prague-based cinematographer working internationally across fiction films, documentaries and commercial projects.

I graduated from FAMU in 2025 with a Master of Arts degree in Cinematography (MgA.) and have been a member of the Czech Society of Cinematographers (ACK) since 2024. Before turning fully to filmmaking, I studied physics at the Charles University in Prague — an experience that continues to influence my approach to cinematography through precision, observation and an analytical way of thinking about light and visual space.

My work focuses on atmosphere, visual rhythm and collaboration with directors in shaping cinematic storytelling.
